Performing on KNKX with the Seattle JazzED Femme Ellington Project

I had a blast performing with the Seattle JazzED Femme Ellington Project on KNKX yesterday. We performed Chameleon, Lil’ Darling, Birdland, and Freddie Freeloader. After we were done playing, Abe Beeson interviewed the band members and the Seattle JazzED staff. The video below captures the entire experience.

After our visit to KNKX, my Dad and I ate dinner next door at the Old Stove Brewery. I enjoyed a hamburger with a Shirley Temple to wash it down. We then headed back to the Westlake Station where we took light rail back home.
